Blackland Web Design is a two-person web studio in Rockwall, Texas. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect. When you send the free-preview or contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your business name, your phone number, the package you picked and your message. If you message us on Facebook or Instagram, or send us your details through a Facebook or Instagram form, we receive what you send there.

How we use it. Only to reply to you, build your preview and, if you hire us, do the work. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it. Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also gives us visit counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you. Messages sent through Facebook or Instagram are also handled by Meta under its own policies.

How long we keep it. Inquiry details are kept while we’re talking with you. If we don’t end up working together, we delete them within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for business and tax records.

Your choices. Ask us to see, correct or delete what we have about you, and we’ll do it within 30 days. Reach us through the form on this site or at MainAdmin@krystalevents.org.

Changes. If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
